I was wondering if anyone is willing to share how many miles they have and what major issues they’ve had? Anyone over 100k or even 200k?

2019 currently at 70,070 miles (Purchased it used with 56,800 miles in Sep 2022)
-Cam phasers replaced at about 58,*** miles
-66,*** replaced original spark plugs. Just as preventative maintenance..
- 68,*** Replaced Original Battery because it started to show its age as small things stopped working like the passenger side door sensor etc..
Overall vehicle has been great. I just dont like the turbo wastegate rattle.

2019 XLT. Bought used in 2022 with 35,5 k. Phasers done at 35,550. Since ownership replaced front and rear shocks, Bilsteins and both swaybars, rear brakes battery at 40k. Just turned 44k. So..... I'm good. Have Ford Protect for extended warranty. Change oil at 3000 mile intervals. Very comfortable with decisions made to upgrade. Very pleased even though it is a garage queen. Lol

2020 Max Platinum, bought with 32k, no has 34.5k miles. No issues or work thus far.

2021 Limited w/ tow package. Purchased as CPO with 16,500 miles last November. Now has 21,200 miles. Runs and drives like a champ. Dealer had to change rear cv axle on driver's side (under warranty) and dealer replaced the brakes (under warranty)

2019 MAX Limited, bought in July 2022 with 66k, now has 123k
-4 days after purchase, Phaser rattle showed up. Went to dealer for replacement under warranty.
-Heater hoses replaced at 105k (first time)
No other issues, it has been a great vehicle.

2023 XLT, bought new January, 2023 and now has 26,200 without any issues. Regular oil changes every 5,000, synthetic blend. Many trips to Tennessee and a trip to the Upper Peninsula, Michigan last summer. I love it!

Bought mine in sig new in march 2020. Had a running board fail due to a rock getting caught in it. Was hell to get dealer to do it. It only has 28.5k on it now, I just did plugs since many say they die at 30k, they were like new, but I stuck the ruthenium ones in anyway. I do syn blend at the dealer when it’s convenient, like 5-7k. Has JLT catch can, which gets a surprising amount in it every check at 3k. It had a door that was about an eight inch shy of fully closing, local dealer managed to fix that without acrimony not long after I bought it mail order style. Best all around vehicle I’ve ever had.

2018 with 110k on it. Bought used 2 years (april 2022) ago with 82k
Dealer just replaced VCT solenoids on bank 2 driver side for CEL P0021
I have DIY replaced passenger side front and rear CCD shocks (failure of these could have been due to driver incident, i.e, wife hit a pothole or curb...)
Cam phaser knock has been present since we purchased (to my knowledge service records do not show warranty work ever performed on cam phaser). I am stretching it out as long as I can last as I has AUL ESP on this until almost 130K miles.
Also has wastegate rattle which is annoying but typically goes away. No other issues I would label as major.

2018 Limited with HD Tow Package bought new. As of today, 117,505 mostly highway miles. Only two issues: replaced leaking heater hoses (98k miles), left front wheel bearing hub (114k miles). Replaced original tires at 73k miles with Michelin Defenders. Otherwise, usual maintenance issues, brake pads, battery, etc. Feel pretty lucky and happy nothing else.
2018 XLT just eclipsed 100k miles. Had the stupid mirror clicking when we bought it and a few other gremlins that were resolved with a software reflash. Has had cam phasers done....twice. Once at roughly 40k and once again at roughly 80k. Heater hoses started leaking at roughly 85k. Water pump started going at 98k. Bought it as a certified use, so the only thing that was on my dime was the heater hoses. Other than that, regular stuff: oil changes, brake pads, tires, and battery (got 6 years out of the original battery!!). It's been in the shop at least once a year, but it's never left me stranded. Ford ESP has also been great as I've always gotten a rental during the work as long as we scheduled it ahead of time.
I think I'm having an a/c issue as it takes a little bit to start cooling, so it might be time to trade it. I've always been a GM guy, but I really have enjoyed owning the Expy even with the issues. It's my wife's car and her and the kids beat the crap out of it, so I'm really impressed that these are the ONLY issues I've had with it!

Well, had to return for an update just four days later.
This week, a notification popped up intermittently saying "charging system service now". The Ford pass app showed a CHARGE SYSTEM FAULT alert indicating an issue with the charging system. The battery is 1 year old and I made sure it was charged up. Attempted to drive it to auto part store to check alternator and battery system. While on the way, received a "powertrain Malfunction / reduced power" alert and the vehicle shut down. No limp mode or nothing, just dead. Was able to jump it off to get it started and drove it back to the house with NO power steering. Battery was totally drained. Towed it to local independent service shop (ford specialist) who diagnosed it as alternator failure.
110K miles and the alternator needs replaced at roughly $1700 for the bill. ESP will cover the repair, less my $100 deductible. It could always be worse! If this is the worst thing that happens to us this week we are blessed. Alternators go bad, and should be quick fix. I worried we would be chasing electrical shorts and bad harness wires/connections all over.

2019 max lt 150,000 miles. I have done cam phasers shocks wheel hubs.
Almost 30k miles per year. You may like driving it for road trips?
