mirror blinker

Alright, i searched around on here and couldn't find anything. How do i change the blinker light on the outside of the housing on my drivers side mirror?

i have an 03 so im not sure if its the same for the 01's but you have to fold the mirror in and you should see a small torqs screw...you unscrew it and the blinker just pulls down

I saw those screws in there, but i've got a friend with a Kind Ranch F150 and he said that you had to take it to Ford. I then asked what is that Ford does that i can't

BTW, he was right, turn the mirror to the side and you have 2 small phillips screws in there. If you have a magnetic screw drive it makes life easier!
