miss at 1,400 ?

I've replaced all of the individual stock coil packs with accel and replaced all spark plugs with motorcraft. still, and only at 1,4 and 1,5 rpms do I have this annoying miss that I cant figure out. It does it while in drive and in park. The truck has 130,000 original miles with perfect compression.the only code being thrown is for something totally different. Anyone have any ideas?

The code is bank 1 and bank 2 too lean. This code has been on the truck since I bought it. The miss however only began a month or so ago. I figured the codes may be from the manifold exhaust leak I have.
