Hi all, using the Ford configurator I had my build come out to $79,715 (Regular Limited, 300A Stealth Performance Package + SYNC 4A). When I placed the order today, the total was $80,715. The difference was coming from Base price increasing $1,000 ($67,345 to $68,345). Has anyone else experienced this?

Sometimes there are advertising fees, fuel fees, tire disposal fees, and other standard fees that do not show up on the build-and-price configurator. But I can't see them reaching $1,000.

Check with your dealer. Ford is offering $1,000.00 for people who place a custom order. You should be entitled to that if you ordered you Expedition

When I ordered mine back in 2018, I noticed there were differences is MSRP between dealers and got curious… I discovered the build and price would give me a different MSRP for different zip codes.

Build and price might simply be wrong, but there was a $1000 price increase on March 1st.
This is what the dealer mentioned, but I am just double checking. I don't think it will matter much, as I negotiated the price based on $ off MSRP.

Weird, I just went into the Build and Price to check on this price increase and I'm actually getting a price DECREASE of $2K.

My Build 1/24/2022 (via Dealer)
Limited 4x4 Star White w/303A, Sync4A, 2ndRowBench, Auto/Start Removal, + $200 All weather floor mats.
MSRP $75,845 (w/Delivery)

My Build 3/11/2022 (On Ford's Build and Price)
MSRP $73,645 (w/Delivery, -$200 All Weather Mats (not an option via B&P))

I ignored the $500 local discount listed, and removed the $645 Aquisition Fee applied to Ford Leases via the B&P tool to get this price. This also doesn't include the $1000 PreOrder Bonus cash.

ZIPCODE: 48371 (location may matter)

The difference seems to come from the BASE MSRP for the LIMITED
1/24/2022 - $67,345
3/11/2022 - $65,295

They fixed this, must have been a glitch. The 4x4 wasn't being added to the price. Now it is as an almost $3K option. Which then makes the MSRP almost a full 1K more than my price in January.

I show an increase in the base MSRP on the order form, 10/25/2021, and the base MSRP on the window sticker, 03/07/2022, of $1,190.

Yes! Same exact thing happened to us last week. We were told that all models are going up $1k. It was very hard to research because you’d think the Ford configurator would be updated at the same time but that is not the case it seems. I did find another dealer with more transparency and your post helps, too.
