I have a 2018 XLT and recently I started getting notifications on the display of "Service Advance Trac" , "Hill Start Assist Not Available", "Pre-Collision Assist Not Available", "Drive Mode Selection Reduced due to System Fault" and "Park Assist Not Available" also the ABS light is on. This would happen intermittently, we would turn off the vehicle and turn it back on and all would be fine but now this does not help anymore. I've checked all the fuses, checked for corrosion on any of the ground connections, corrosion in the pins of the ABS harness and the harness itself for any cuts or chaffing and all seem fine.
Scan report says all wheel sensor are bad and comes up with code U0415-00 "invalid/corrupted data". I find it hard to believe all the sensors went bad at the same time. I did have to replace one rear tire due to a gash on it's sidewall, the Discount tire tech checked the other tires and said they didn't need replacing just yet. I moved the new tire from the rear to the front after doing some research the difference in tire thread height might confuse the speed sensors, I then drove a about 10 miles hoping for it to clear out but not yet. Hopefully after a few more days/miles.
Has anyone experienced this issue? any help would be much appreciated.

This could be something as simple as your battery going bad...
How old is it ????
When testing with vehicle off it should read at least 12.6 volts.....
If battery tests good than try a simple BMS reset....turn ignition accessory on/engine not running.....flash high beams 5 times and then press brake pedal 3 times....battery dash icon should start blinking showing successful reset.
I'm betting battery is going bad.....
Oh, if you do end up replacing the battery a BMS reset is mandatory.....

Good info thanks, what is BMS anyway
Battery Management System. Regulates and monitors battery......also when it starts to lose its ability it will start shutting down systems in an attempt to leave enough power to start the vehicle. It will start with accessories and then start to disrupt power to main systems.
If you look at the negative battery terminal connector you will see a small module attached with a bundled wire harness. That is the start of the BMS.
I believe that is why the OP had all sensors show bad but then show corrupted data signal. And all the systems started showing signals like the parking aide, driving mose, and others. These systems all have seperate sensors and modules and the only thing they have in common is either the battery or the main computer module......my vote is the battery.
First thing I would look at is something that affects all those systems.....the battery.
When a new battery is installed the BMS must be reset so the vehicle and battery "learn" each other.
Additionally it is best to replace the battery with the equivlent....an AGM battery with at least the same rating....at least 850 cca.....do not replace with a standard wet cell type battery. The Expedition and for that matter all Fords have used AGM batteries for years. Replacing with a wet cell to save money will cause all kinds of problems in the future.

Also could be a bad wheel speed sensor, broken cable, water in connector. Also bad ABS module or a com error with the ABS module, so other modules can’t talk to it. 4 wheel speed sensors at the same time? Nah. But I did see 2 failing at the same time…
But on yours I’d go after the ABS module first and see if it is communicating or not.
Borrow a scanner that can graph the wheelspeed sensors and drive around.

True story on the bad AGM battery. My car’s park sensor wasn’t working and also other weird errors just days and on the battery totally died. The old AGM battery then simply died extreme fast and that was it. Click click click and before you know it the interior lights were dimmer than one candle lit. Had to get a boost, drove the car home and bought a new quality AGM battery next day. All errors disappeared and my park sensors work fine. No weird error messages either.

Only problem with that is some of the sensors and modules he reffered to in the original post do not communiate with each other....only the pcm, Also, he advised that at first all the codes cleared upon restarting the truck up, and then came back later
He did state he had checked the connections where he could.
Somettimes the battery will go bad and no codes or warnings will come up.....battery just dies. What he is lookiong at, and also just a dead battery was a common problem on the Ranger 5G forum I was on when I had a 2021 Ranger,
Right around the 3-4 year mark, batteries would start to go and many had the same symptons has the OP.
Just checking the state of the battery is the simpleist starting piont.

Additionally, if some of the accessories like the door lock via fob or door handle, the power mirrors, the power running boards, start to go wonky it is a sure sign your battery is going.....
