My "new-er" Ride

I never posted about my "new" addition I picked up a year ago LOL

I used to have a black '04 XLT, but 12 months ago I picked up an '08 at a GREAT price! The only issue I had in the last 12 months was with TSB # 08-22-7 (the hard downshift when slowing down/breaking).

I also added the Pioneer AVIC-X910BT to my ride, which I posted pics below The rest is pretty much stock, which I hope to slowly change over time!



Here is the dash opened up. The ipod wire was run underneath to the armrest center console for obvious hidden reasons


At the bottom of the photo, you can see the stock Aux Input was removed, and an infrared eye added for the remote control.

Phone/Bluetooth Menu (Voice Commands work well also)


XM Satellite Radio screen (I love how it shows the channel logos)

Thanks guys. What really sold me on this Expo was the color. I really havent seen an Expo with such a rich blue color.

yeahh your blue looks great, mines blue too but it has the most scratches and pits in the paint job. im about to paint it myself lol

The head unit? MSRP was $1099. 6th Ave Electronics had a 50% sale for $549 (don't know if it was a misprint or not but it was honored!). Then Pioneer gave me a $100 rebate on it I paid a couple bucks extra for the backup camera and the sat radio tho

Well the sale is no more, but 6th Ave Electronics has brick % mortar stores in the Northeast, their own website, and they sell on Amazon.com.
