Where is this line supposed to go? I recently replaced the power steering pump nd had pulled the intermediate steering shaft so chances are I dislodged it from where it belongs. But I can't find that place. It has a little clip on it so it appears to clip to the brake line there.

the line in question has the little tape flap on the end. It is right at the end of the brake master cylinder.

Vent line for your front axle. It should be open ended but secured to keep it from flopping back on the exhaust manifold.
