I have one function that doesn't work on my 03 Expedition factory navigation radio. The soft button works for the navigation but won't initiate the audio setting functions. Therefore I can't adjust balance, fade, etc. Does anyone know of a reputable radio service company I can contact to inquire about getting it fixed? All other functions work except for this and I'd like to be able to adjust the sound system. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but our Expy also has the rear DVD syatem.

Try a Google search, that way you can probably get estimates on the repair cost from multiple repair shops.

I've done some of that but was hoping that a member might have had a good experience and would be willng to recommend someone.
Thanks!

Most opt to replace the system instead of repairing it. Good excuse for more bells and whistles.

Yes but I'm retired and on a fixed income and prefer to repair the OEM.

6K-Watts....yes that's the button. But when using the Nav it operates the functions like it's suppose to. It just won't activate the radio functions.
