Our '18 Limited nav screen has frozen, becoming completely unresponsive in any way, including radio buttons below the screen, about 5 times since we bought it about a year ago. Takes a stop/restart of the engine to clear the error condition and usually that next boot of the nav screen takes a LONG time to load.
We've also seen it where the nav screen is stuck on "Loading Map" until we click off the home screen and onto a different screen (like Settings or Audio) and back to home and then it will clear.
And, lately, we've experienced the rear camera view (as if we're backing up) stuck on the nav screen while driving forward (happened twice while driving down the highway actually trying to use the nav system - super annoying, not to mention a bit disorienting). While stuck on the rear camera view, no nav screen controls work, nor does the physical camera view button at the top of dash, and we've found no way to get out of the error condition except a stop/restart of the engine.
Been to the dealer once already for these strange and, of course, impossible to reproduce on demand issues, but nothing positively diagnosed nor fixed yet.
Anyone else experiencing these sorts of issues? Anyone come across the proper diagnosis/fix for any/all?
