In the navigation is there a way to turn off the toll alert when you drive on a tollway. What I mean is even when you have your destination set, when you come into a tollway that requires a toll the nav changes the miles to your next turn at the next toll and directs you to exit to the toll booths. I'm sure many of us have a transponder so we don't have to stop. In Illinois it's called open road tolling. Is there someplace to turn toll feature off?

On my 16, it’s in the settings tab under navigation and route preferences. Toggle tolls on or off there

I don't find that option on my '18. I can "avoid toll roads", but I don't find the toggle to stop the toll plaza prompts.

I think this may be what you're looking for. I would guess that you have the system set to avoid toll roads because what you are describing sure seems like the system alerting you when you're on a toll road and trying to get you to exit.

I live in DFW, land of the tollroad, and I have not experienced anything like you describe.

We have quite a few toll roads in Northeast OK too, but not like DFW. Our nav prompts us to pull into the toll plaza instead of going through the Pike Pass lane. Not a big deal, but I'd like to turn that off if possible.

I think "avoid toll roads" might route us away from the turnpikes.

Agreed, I was suggesting that perhaps you had the "avoid toll roads" option selected. My confusion, sorry.

I have a 2019 Limited. Cant see anywhere to turn it off.
