Well this project went wrong :badidea::badidea::badidea:
It looks like I'll be finding a different bumper ...any ideas of what other bumpers you guys like ???
I'll post pics on why I'm not doing this !!!!
Let's just say I don't have the time (my daily driver) or place to do what's necessary!:nono:

it's off by that much and it's not the mount it's the bumper cover. It's just alot larger it would need some major work cutting and re attaching ...:nono:

damn.... somewhere I had a link to a expy on cardomain that had the mod... I figured it would be pretty close and easy to do

Yeah a saw that Expy ..that's why I though it was easy to do.. but it's not that guys bumper had major work done to it .

For what its worth...I like the way your truck looks now. But if you like the look of the navigator bumper, maybe you should consider a street scene bumper cover.

It looks good, and I thought about doing this, but honestly I love the way our 00+ bumpers look with the fogs and tow hooks! Add a prerunner light bar and F**** Yeah!!!

Thats weird.... why the difference?

It's different because the trim around the headlights on the Nav's are different than the trim around the headlights on the Ex's. Unfortunetly, you can not just swap the trim because the headlights are different. You would have to do a whole front end swap including the fenders to make it bolt on. :sorry:

It is possible to do the bumper conversion ..as shown at the start of this thread but it just takes some time to get things cut and fitted right.
