Navigator seat conversion

So I have a 2000 expedition, Eddie Bauer 5.4, looking to do an Navigator interior conversion, has anyone done this or know of anyone who has.

I would really like to change the seats (front) and second row from a bench to bucket with console.

The door panels would be next, but unless they are re-re it doesnt really interest me.

any write ups? or opinions?

Seats should fit I though of gettting the console but might be a pain to get in the back seat if you have one. Doors not sure about ?
