I hit a deer in December 2023. After the body shop did most of the repairs, they noticed that the airbag connector on the engine wiring harness was bad. So I need a new or used wiring harness - Part number JL1Z-1429-0AV. Of course Ford does not have any, and they have no ETA as to when they will be available. So now I have a big hunk of worthless metal until this is resolved... 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 5 years - who knows? The body shop can't release the vehicle to me as the airbags are a mandatory safety feature. Quite frustrating to say the least.
