Washer fluid squirter? Where’s the other end of the hose go to / come from? Is there fluid inside the hose?

Yes, that is the washer fluid hose. On my 1999, it connects as shown in the picture. There is a plastic T or Y connection underneath the hood liner that routes the flow to both nozzles.

Thanks. I figured it out after posting. Then felt like a din-bat.

Washer hose is impossible to buy at auto parts stores. But Lowes and Home Despot have drip hose for irrigation that is that size.
