Need help identifying part in engine compartment

Hi all, today we replaced the washer fluid pump by removing the passenger side headlight (thanks to you awesome folks' posts) and saw this component beneath the headlight and to left of radiator (left when looking straight on at vehicle). Can anyone identify it for me please? I circled it in red & pointed an arrow to it in accompanying photo. Thank you!

Is it the Air suspension compressor relay? And if so, is it normal for it to run intermittently when vehicle is parked and idling? I even heard the sound over 15 minutes after shutting off the engine just parked in driveway.

BTW, it's on a 2013 expedition el king ranch, 5.4 l, 3v
