need help plz!!! read

look guys to start of my 07 expedition im having some really bad issues with it dont know what could be wrong with truck was its been working good we bought the truck with only 45k never work on it until now that we change spark plugs at 75k we took all the old ones out n put new ones bt one of them didnt want to come out we had to get a special tool to get it out i guess cause we never change them and wires got replaces as well so now we fix the truck is just shaking i drove it and is only running maybe only like 20 miles per hr so then this guy told us it could probaly be the throttle body we got a used one and it work i drove n it was working fine nx morning it started again bt now we took it to a diffrent mechanic n he check it n he said it might be the air box cause it was broken like @were it connect so he said lets try n get one to see if it could be that so i bought it he put it on n problem fix was running good so then the nx morning it started again bt now it only goes up to 5 miles per hour lol so now idk whats really wrong with it i really need help what do u all think it could be anyone?

This is a long shot.. Try resetting the computer by removing the power for a few minutes..

After you do what Mindgame suggested, if the check engine light comes on, go to an O'Reilly or Autozone (or any parts house really) and they have a code reader you can use for free. Or ask them and they should be able to pull the codes for you. Post the codes back here and we'll see what we can figure out.

When you replaced the spark plugs, did you gap them correctly?
