Yup ... truxxx or readylift for a 2.5" torsion key with 3" spacer in rear.

That will clear you for 33's. Add a 2" body lift and clear 35's.

Rims ... depends on your style - 16 to 18" rims look good to me.

no you need the spacer lift. like smooth and a few other people with your body style. shouldn't cost too much. ebays good. then find a shop to install them and youll be fine. itll look good. and 33s would be nice and 35s will most likely rub. as for rims... im never that good with them. but find what tires you want and see what rim size it recommends and then get those.

I installed the 3/2 lift on my 2003 Expedition and I have plenty of room for my 285/70/17's (33") I hope to go bigger soon.

you have a 2nd gen expy, so disreguard everyhing about torsion swist or keys. I have an 04 4x4. I am running the truxxx 3/2, that is 3" front 2" real. I trimmed the vallace slightley, without reoving it. I am running 35" BFG Mud terrians (new style) on stock rims. The only rubbing I get is at a hard turn, harder than you would normally take. I love it. It is suppose to level, but I still get sag in the front. Got it from autoanything.com at $250.00. Installlation is oaky if you have an pretty equipt shop. I did it, took about 4 hours. Can be done quicker, but my shop isn't an equipt as nessasary. I also got a quote for installation at a local aftermarket shop for $150. Unfortunatly, this is our only option for a mild lift, Rize makes a 8", but I have herd that it is only good on highway and weak on the mud. Around $4000.00 for that lift I believe.
Keep a couple of things in mind. If you have aftermarket rims, they must by offset to at least stock. (I don't know the offset) Second, the more sidewall tread, the more rubbing. I have the 5.4L, so expect about 12-13MPG.
Happy hunting.
