Need help with deciding new stereo

Hey guys so just wondering i have a 1997 expedition with a premium stamp by the speakers. i am thinking about getting a new stereo to replace the factory one. but i dont think im gunna replace my door speakers (yet) what stereo will work (like watts/rms) with the factory speakers? any suggestions?
