O.k it's time for me to replace the worn (90K) factory shocks on my Expy. While I'm at it I want to upgrade the suspension and maybe drop the Expy 2". Has anyone done this kind of upgrade and what product was used? I have seen a kit by Belltech, has anyone used this comany before? What I'm looking for is a smooth, luxury ride, somthing like what a Navigator or Cadillac SUV would feel like or better. Is there any other suspension components that I should replacewhile I'm in there? Any info would be apreciated.

I actually decided to keep the Expy stock height for now, I just ordered alot of suspension components ie front; upper controll arms, lower ball joints, stabilizer links, end links. Rear; stabilizer links, also front and rear Eibach bigger stabilizer bars and Monroe sensatrack shocks. I'm going to see how the Expy looks and handles after all the goodies are installed to see if I want buy the Eibach lowering springs.

Were the control arms, ball joints, and links Ford OEM parts or aftermarket?

They were aftermarket, I ordered them from ROCKAUTO. com, they had the cheapest prices around;and all the components had grease fittings.
