Send me your email in a pm and I'll send you a few diagrams of what should be where.
In the subject line put 2003 ac vac lines so i can keep everything organized. Currently suffering with CRS.

No, the diagram is for the interior. They don't show the exterior vac line plumbing. But if you look under the dash on the driver side near the trans tunnel, you should see the vac lines. Look for the black line which is the source. Follow it to the firewall.

The item you have circled is the vacuum reservoir which is located behind the battery.

you may have to remove the battery and battery tray to get to it

1) Is the line connected to a vacuum source?
2) Did you follow it to the firewall then to the mode switch in the dash?
3) Check the black #3 line for vacuum as indicated in the connector diagram.

We're (sic) about does the vaccum line come out the firewall ??? Can't seem to find it

Here's a few pics to display the vacuum line source routing and where they enter on the passenger side of the firewall. Yes, that Tee fitting you showed earlier is suppose to be capped off like that, but that is not the original cap on it. Someone has just stuck a generic cap on there. The electronic vacuum distribution module is located just about under the forward ashtray there under the center console. You have to remove the center console to access it, but unless someone has messed with it you should be able to just find a broken vacuum line on the interior side of the firewall. It's a total PITA to get to because of the blower box behind the glove box. I assume you are just getting defrost air now ? Is there a vacuum line attached to your hot water valve ? You can follow it back through the firewall and under the passenger side dash area.

-Mike

This is THE vacuum supply line as it loops up into the firewall....

Here's a shot of where the supply line enters the passenger side of the firewall, the shrouded line is one coming out and going TO the hot water valve....
You can see the battery and that other vacuum line capped for reference. That is what the factory vacuum cap SHOULD look like...

The shrouded vacuum line goes TO the hot water supply valve here ....

This is the electronic vacuum distribution solenoid you will find beneath the forward center console ....
