need to replace factory screen on my 01 Eddie Bauer

The 7 inch factory installed screen is blown in my 2001 Expedition EB. Does anyone know which models will definitely fit? I have pulled out the stupid VHS system from the center consol, and want to get an all-in-one dvd player to replace it. It looks like the Audiovox VOD701 will fit perfectly. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there any problem i'm not thinking of?
