New to this forum, im a member of the other Expy forum and figured id come check this one till the merger is finalized.
Ive had my Expy for about a year and a half. I paid off my moms Malibu for 2000 because she had it down as collateral. So i got a 97 Expy with 160,000 mile for two grand and i drove it away like i had just jacked it!
I then sold my 89 Civic with a ls vtech swap (built not bought!) to pay off some bills and get a few things for the Expy.
I started by getting every thing for a full tune-up, that was more expensive than i was expecting! (the spark plug location and design is ?) Then i ripped out the cd changer and bought a new liner tray for 5 bucks at the junk yard, ordered some headlights, corners, foglights and taillights. Got those installed and didnt like the light output on the stock headlight bulbs so i got a hid kit and installed that.
Then i started on the interior with a new head unit (Pioneer Premier), i had an old kicker cvr that i put in place of the stock sub and an old pyramid amp in place of the stock amp. Got a set of reverse glow guages and installed them, (what a pita that was!). And got a set of tv's for the kids. And got a Spectra CAI.
Friday i took off the throttle elbow and cleaned out the EGR passages cause it was running rough (thanks to the people on the other forum). Finally figured out where my exhaust leak was coming from so Saturday i replaced the EGR tube and help a buddy change the compressor clutch on his 05 Taurus

Yesterday i took the Expy to the car wash. Got it home and started detailing it. Finally got around to taking off the luggage rack also.
Finished detailing it today (still need to do the carpet) and this is what it looks like for now!
