Hello,
so my gf wanted to upsize from a 02 bravada, to an expy. I found her a 1997 black expedition xlt w/ the 5.4. We have had it for three days now, she really likes it.
Some of the issues; It has rust along the bottom door edges (all four doors and the tailgate) it doesn't seem too bad. The wheel wells have some surface rest, again doesn't seem to go through. We did notice an anti freeze smell but I didn't notice any leaks yet. The hinge holding the rear glass one of them broke so we don't lift the glass. The previous owner had an aftermarket stereo put in and some one pulled the antenna plug off the end and broke the installation kit. Some of the dash lights don't work on the gauge pod and none on the temp controls. I'm sure i'll find more the longer we own it and wheel it.
