TexasAngel those will not fit your 99, the bumpers and grill are different on 97-98. They have the 99 and up all over Ebay.

how much of a pain in the but was it to install those? i am getting ready to buy and install some as well.

Well with the upper one you have to cut out the center section of the grill and its a pain trying to get it cut straight and even just cause you are fighting the long ass grill shell then trying to keep the new grill level and flush with one hand while marking the holes to be drilled with the other.

With the lower one just trying to get the grill in without scratching it is a feat then drilling the holes at that funky angle.... but all worth it in the end.
