Hello everyone. I'm been a member of a Volvo forum for about 3 years and it has helped me a ton. So thought I would subscribe to this one for my 2000 Expedition XLT with 117,000 miles. I'm an airline Engineer, avid outdoorsman and love building things and fixing things. My (really it's my wife's) Expedtion has been faithful and reliable. But recently its been starting to have "electrical problems" where the odometer displays on and off, the windows sometimes won't roll down. A couple of swift slaps on the dash seems to fix it-temporarily. So I posted my first thread earlier today describing the symptoms. I'm hoping this site will be as helpful and informative as the Volvo forum.
