hello everyone, my name is Richard. I traded a 2000 jeep wrangler for a 99 expedition 4x4 xlt and am loving it. Looking forward to learning from some of you more experienced owners. I have some upgrades im looking to do such as lift, maybe a supercharger as well, but not sure though. Im haveing some minor problems from the 4.6l trition and am hoping to find solutions for it as i am on a slim budget at the moment. Has anyone had any trouble with theirs studdering on acceleration? I was told i was the egr valve, but had it replaced and the only change is that before it would studder when it was cold and acted better when it warmed up, but now it studders when its warm. Im thinking its miss fireing. Any ideas?

plugs

my engine doesnt have cops, it has plug wires from the plugs to 2 blocks of 4 connections on either side of the front of the engine, these 2 blocks are the coil packs, right?
