Decided to join the bandwagon, and got myself some 07 tail lights. Some pic with my trusty camcorder. I'll see if I can borrow my sister's P&S tomorrow.

Emergency flashers. Trying to simulate the the brakes on, but didn't have a box. You get the idea.

Kinnda sucks the driver side one seems to have had some sort of condensation issue since there is some stuff inside the light. Hopefully it doesn't happen too bad.

Has anyone changed out your tail light lens on 97-01 expo from OEM to the Navi style? I bought a pair, but failed to realized before buying that there no white lens in them for reverse and they only have one socket for the wiring not two like the Expo tail lens. I seen them on a few Expos, looks clean. Any one done this yet?

You seem to have the dreaded left taillight condensation syndrome...I have it as well.

Yea, so far it's in the reverse part of the driver's tail light. In these day pictures, the condensation wasn't there. Seems to have happened last couple days with the rain.

Explained in your PM. Basically, I just widened the third hole (the one covered by the greenish cloth sticker) and stuck a 194 socket in there (same socket as used in the reverse lights, which you can see in my "Side Picture" above). I used some waterproof tape to seal the bulb socket since the hole I made wasn't exactly neat. :p The 194 bulb is just small enough to not touch the reflectors on the lens. I tapped into the ground and minor wires going to the main brake lights, so it's only on when the running lights are on, and doesn't flash with the brake/turn signals. :)

Instead of widening the reverse hole, I just used another 194 socket (same socket as the 07+ reverse light) and used the OEM sized reverse bulb. You can get them from Advanced/Autozone for like 4 bucks. I just tapped into the reverse light wires.

Looks more or less OEM at night, as seen in the pictures of my first post. The 194 bulbs are "dim" enough to be about the same brightness as the running lights.
