No connection to obd II, cranks but wont start.

2002 expedition with 4.6
I was driving and it shut off. I went to start back up and it just turns over but wont start. Theft light is blinking fast and odometer reads -----------. Tried disconnecting battery overnight and still the same thing. I also tried to plug in my sct tuner to read codes and it says it can't communicate with the Pcm. I have checked all fuses and relays and all checked good. Fuel pump is running and i checked fuel pressure and i am reading about 38 psi.

Sounds like your anti theft module is acting up. You can also check the GEM connections for signs of moisture or water intrusion.

How did you check the fuses

Does the cigarette lighter work?

So there is no communication with the ECU at all? Any CEL's or Dash lights?
