No GPS signal

I just bought a 2013 Expedition EL limited. The nav will not work as it’s showing no gps signal. I tried the hard reset and it still shows me somewhere up in Canada, I’m in Virginia. I’ve searched and see that it’s a somewhat common issue but there’s never a fix. Has anyone had this issue and were you able to fix it or did you have to bring it to the dealer?

On the 2007s the GPS antenna is a pink connector hooked into the back of the unit. Possible that went out? More of a thread bump for you lol.
