Howdy yall!
2012 XLT EL, curious if the turn signals share wiring with the rear parking aid system at all?
Have a parking aid fault I found to likely be caused by a torn harness at the rear bumper and am ordering that, but I have a weird and intermittent turn signal issue I’m curious about.
Every so often, and no consistent condition observed yet, the passenger (and only passenger) turn signal will flash with some regularity (sometimes a quick flash, sometimes as if the signal stalk were actually in the position to actually signal to turn). This does not happen all the time, just random.
Hoping the parking aid and turn signals are related as I found the harness just now and haven’t driven it yet but if not, thought I’d start the ask now as I don’t have all data.
Shouldn’t be too bad to find I think!
