No heat

98 Expy 4.6 4x4, changed heater core last winter. Now have very little heat out front and none in rear. Noticed the temp selector feels wierd during rotation. front heater hoses feel about the same. Not losing antifreeze.

your blend door actuator could be shot... not normal for them to fail it cold but it could happen also your switch could be bad as well
