No rear wiper spraying.

On my 03 the front windshield gets sprayed. Rear does not. The switch in either intermittent wiper setting works fine. When I push the switch in either direction to activate the sprayer and wiper function for the rear glass, nothing happens. Everything for the front windshield works fine. Can the pump work in one direction but not the other? That doesn’t really explain the wiper not working though. Where would be the first place you’d recommend looking?

The washer control relay is built into the wiper motor control circuit board on the wiper motor assembly. It sounds like your rear wiper motor assembly needs to be replaced. You've checked fuses right ?
