2008 Eddie Baur 4wd I have a strange noise that sounds like wind noise coming from the passenger side, rear. It only happens on acceleration. It stops when I let off of the gas. It doesn't sound like a brake wear indicator or a U-joint. I can't get under the truck to check it out (disabled). Maybe an exhaust leak or a valve or something under the car that is making the noise? Any ideas?

TIA

Jack, if in fact it is coming from the rear, exaust leak, or valve are not possible. Their both up front, not in the passenger rear. We could all here speculate, but ideally, your gonna have to have a shop, or individual rack it, and diagnose your noise. The fact it raises and lowers, leads towards a bearing, or similar rotating part. Let us know what your shop finds.
