Nope. Looks like an average brake rotor. Warped rotors will feel like a pulsing in the brake pedal, with some "shaking" in the steering wheel if the front rotors get really bad.Vibration upon turning left or right from a stop. Only happens in morning or after a long highway drive. No vibrations when going straight and only lasts a few minutes Thought it might be my clutch packs but this looks like it could be a culprit

Others have already responded saying the same, but that looks about like every rotor I’ve ever seen. A picture can only show so much so maybe something else is going on but by appearance alone they look fine.
Something worth mentioning however - I once bought brand new brakes for a 2001 Tundra and they were warped before I ever put them on. Drove the truck, felt the shake, took the parts back to Napa and they put it on a measuring device that confirmed they were defective and out of spec. Replaced for free of course, but the point is weird stuff happens sometimes.
