O3 Navigator flashing advance track icon. No scan connect.

03 Navigator Advance track icon flashing. OK to ignore? Cured No crank by removing old aftermarket ‘immobilizer’ from start circuit. Now scan tool will not connect ( did previously) to look for dtc’s or perhaps recalibrate advance track sensors or steering wheel? Scan tool is Xtool D7, and tests ok on other vehicles.

Well… on the the OBD2 port, pin 4 and pin 5 is ground. Pin 6 is Canbus high and pin 14 is Canbus low. I am thinking one of these lines got severed somehow.
