ODP Port Not Working But Cigarette Lighter is Working

I have a 2013 Ford Expedition Limited that the ODP port is not working. I have tried my scanner tool in another vehicle and it works but not in mine. I have looked at previous threads that that talked about a blown cigarette lighter fuse however my cigarette lighter is working. Any ideas?

Yes. It worked before. It is an Autolink AL319. It sounded like a blown fuse, but checked #71 under the hood and it was good...plus cig lighter works.

You mean ODB? Check with a ten buck amazon elm327, maybe it's your tool

Also you could check to see if the port hasnt gotten knocked loose or something

Check fuse 20 in the smj. It is a dedicated circuit for the DLC and rated for 15amps.
