Oem Dvd

Hello All,

I just purchased a left over 2005 Eddie Bauer. It has all options except the OEM DVD. My question: is the harness in the headliner and if so has any one purchased a used OEM DVD and installed it?

Ok, I ran into the same problem with my 03 EB. Didnt come with the OEM DVD , but I went out and got the orig OEM DVD player. I was told by the dealer that if it didnt come with it originally, then forget it. Because u need the DVD controls on the factory radio to control it, not to mention the harness.So if ur head unit doesnt have the DVD controls then forget it, u cant install an OEM DVD player. So I decided to go with an aftermarket DVD all-in-one system. 1- U can get a bigger screen than the OEM DVD player and 2- easier to install. Hope this helps ! ! ! !!

oem dvd harness is on the same side in the panel as the sub all you need is the oem harness you can get from a salvage expi and run in the headliner

There is a tag on the harness that says 3L1T-14335-(The last 5 digits are hard to make out), it's either P280R or P260R.
