OEM Wheel - Tire Size Question

I have a 2008 Expo with factory 18" wheels. Not sure what style they are so it is kind of hard for me to look them up. They have the semi-wide 7-spoke design. Anyway, I am about to have a 3" lift on it and was wondering if any of you guys could offer some knowledgeable input as to whether or not i would have fitment issues with the following:

275/70/18 Nitto Terra Grappler
33.27" tall
Approved for wheel width of 7.0"-8.5"
- Going on OEM 18" 2008 Expedition wheels
