Navi doesn't get the buttons, but you get additional modes us Expy people don't have. Those additional modes give you the combos we can get by using the buttons. Page 217 of your manual.

Yeah that’s what I thought. I quoted the manual earlier in this thread so I was thrown off by the buttons comment,. Thanks26b6110303a7287d980d17608d8a54e0.jpg

Hmmm. I have HD/max trailering package on my Navi and there are no buttons that I’ve seen.
We don’t have a button to lock the diff, it will do it for you. At first I found that annoying, sorta like how we don’t have a button to enable tow/haul mode. I’ve learned that the vehicle knows what it wants for optimal driving performance a lot better than what I think it needs for optimal driving performance. That’s just been my experience. The e-locker is enabled in any of the 4x4 options except normal.

I wish I had a differential lock button. I have a 2wd with the tow package, so I should have the eLSD. I didn’t want to have a one wheel wonder at a boat ramp.
Does it act different depending on the driving modes?
What is a good method to test the eLSD?

The differential in the video below looks very similar to the parts page posted before.

Eaton is mentioned in the patent sheet plus a ton of others. I wonder if Ford makes it in house at their Sterling axle plant. Or it’s made by someone else.

I have a diff lock (e-lock button on my '20)...AND the locker invoked separately from the 4x switch

Have you been able to verify that we are able to fully turn off traction control? This would be a huuuge issue for anyone who actually wanted to get their truck off road... I know Ford took the traction control system from Range Rover so I'm sure its better than before but so few options scare me. Unless we can all do doughnuts why even bother owning a vehicle???:burnout:

I really hope we can defeat TC.... or I'm really going to be pissed at myself for not going with a Land Cruiser...

It does not, but it has 4Low. It just has to be engaged by using the Steep Climb Mode.

It does. Just has to be engaged via Steep Climb Mode. No button.
