Parking garage at work, someone parked extremely close. I always park on the 4th or 5th floor to avoid things like this but I guess they wanted to be close to a clean truck, lol. I clipped their sideview mirror trying to back out. Looked at their mirror and not a single thing wrong with it. This is what I was left with:

(looks like maybe just the clear coat was rubbed, I dont see any paint chipped or anything, no crease in the dent.)

Called a local dent repair place and the guy quoted me $200.. I was thinking more like 50. I have a lot more calling around to do.

Get dent wizzard ( pdr guy ) to pop it out and try to buff out the scuff.
Black shows every sniffle and sneeze on it too.

$200 is about right, if not more.
They use specialty tools to work with and are proud of them ( price wise )

get the dent out fast though the longer it sits the more unlikely it will be that it will just pop back

I swear by some stuff called "3M Perfect-It III (stage 2)". This stuff is great and works on everything for the truck. It will remove that layered paint in no time. The big trick is finding the stuff. As long as you have a automotive paint place in town, they should carry it. Granted, it is a little pricey ($50 for a quart). But, that quart bottle will do more wax job than you care to admit to and it works on everything (chrome, paint, polished aluminum, and glass). So, 1 product to do everything.

Thanks for all of the info I am going to try the dryer and compressed air method tomorrow after work. Ill let you know if it works. The guy at NTB was suggesting that i just take the wheel well cover off and pop it out myself. That was my initial thought as well, however reading over dent repair etc, it sounds like that is not really going to work as it might not pop back into place uniformly that way.

No luck with the Hair Dryer and Compressed air can. Think its just a little too big to want to pop back out that way. Tried a plunger, that didnt work, fender flare made it hard to get a good suction. Cousin is going to bring over a dent popper he has so I can try that next. If that doesnt work Ill take off the plastic wheel well cover and try to pop it back out from the backside before paying out the dough for a professional to do it. (which I am already considering.)

on my old cadillac i fixed my fender, the flared part was dented in badly. took off the inner liner and with a sledge hammer from the back side and a block of wood on the front side i got the dent out, should be easy on ur fender. and yes i know a body hammer works better for dents but I tried that and got no where, the caddy was heavy steel so it took a 5lb sledge to massage the dent out. this worked well for me BUT if your trying to avoid haveing to repaint the fender, well this may not work for you, all the paint where the dent was chipped off so i had to primer and repaint the dented area, matched perfectly though
