Outside Mirrors Don't Reset When Changing Preset Driver Preferences

I searched, but couldn't find anything related to this. 2010 4x2 Exped Limited. When I press the Driver 2 button on the seat, everything (seat, pedals, etc) resets to my points except the outside power mirrors. I have to manually set them like I need them. When my wife gets in and presses the Driver 1 button on the seat, everything will reset to her points except the mirrors. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Mirror motor might have bad hall sensors. There will be codes if the sensors are bad. Mine need mirror motors, they too won't set position and I have codes for the motors.
