Im starting to have some overheating when i run my a/c. At first it would just stop blowing cold in stop and go traffic, but now it overheats whenever the a/c is on. Any ideas?

What's the ambient temperature when this happens? The basics to check might be thermostat and coolant level, then hoses to see if they are collapsed or something, or the water pump might not be circulating coolant as it should.

Other than overheating, do you have any other issues? Or is it only overheating? The oil looks OK?

Check the coolant level, adjust if necessary.
Check the fan clutch operation, you should see & hear it engage.
How many miles are on it? Any cooling system maintenance been done recently?

Its usually during the day, i replaced the thermostat and im doing a radiator flush tomorrow to see if that helps.
Sometimes the a/c will stop blowing cold air, but once the trucks been running continously for a while it starts working again. As far as the oil goes, it needs to be changed soon but its at the right level.
