P0133 Oxygen Sensor

Just pulled this from my 98 expy 5.4. Am I correct in assuming this the upstream sensor for bank 1? If so where specifically is it located?

I bought the sensor, then looked at access, then called my mechanic to change it. He quoted me worst case $79. For that I'll continue to build my pool shed (8x14) and let the mechanic do what he does best. I figured I could get to the sensor I just couldn't figure out how to disconnect the electric connector.
