It's the second one on the the passenger correct

Yep. Middle one on the curb side. Could be the second one from either end.

So you do think I should replace the second one on the other side I was wondering if it could be a fuel injector

If the check-engine light is not flashing, you could use Techron Fuel System cleaner (according to label directions) to see if it cleans the fuel injector.

I recommend watching more of that guy's videos. He's extremely knowledgeable and has a TON of content on the 3.5 ecoboost engines.
