Past couple of days I have noticed the P0521 oil pressure switch problems. I would Scan it with Forscan and it would show the oil pressure switch. Today while driving the Low oil light came on. I pulled over, Check the oil and under just to make sure I was not loosing oil. Nothing was lost nor was the fluid low. I turned it off and turned it back on Low oil warning light on. Drove it 5miles home and scanned it again. still has P0521. I reset the DTC to see if it would come back on and it didn't. Now while I was on Forscan I ran the PID to check the pressure. It seems kind of High at idle it would gauge 118 psi @ operating temp. Does this seem normal? or would the switch be faulty? I will try to do a manual gauge test this week to double check. I have attached the PID reading below
