Can I get a little help? Parking brake light staying on. I would normally just tap up with my foot as I pulled a handle to disengage the break. That trick no longer works. I know the break has released, however the light still stays on. Any suggestions?

1st, sounds like you are going to have to get under the dash and look at the switch on the e-brake. Odds are you will either find that the switch has somehow moved and is sitting too low (therefore is still being made up) or the switch has failed internally (should see a slight gap between the plunger of the switch and the area that the plunger should make contact with. From there, your solution will become pretty obvious.

it works. not sure if it would be a contact issue or not. looked at the electrical diagram but could not trace it. don''t think its a fuse.
