Does anyone know or have experience with a passenger mirror that will not recall the programmed position when changing drivers? Ours recently started pointing straight up and sometimes bouncing off the limit for vertical positioning when changing from driver 1 to driver 2.

There is a TSB that’s been linked here before. I printed and took to my dealer years ago. Fixed the issue. Sorry. Don’t have a copy on my phone.

It is always helpful to post the year, make and model of your vehicle - in case others have specific information that may be year or trim specific.
