2004 Expedition

Hey Guys I have a 2004 4x4 Expy with 91,000 miles on it. It has a leak on the passenger side right at were the shaft comes out of the casing.
I have had it back and forth to the dealer 6 times.
They replaced the seal 3 time
They then replaced the shaft even thought the old shaft miced out ok.
They then replaced the seal again and the housing too.
That stopped it for a while but now it is leaking again.
I am not sure what to do now.
Is there something they could be missing. Is there a vent that could be clogged?
Any help would be great.
