I just had my 2019 Exp at the dealer ship for the recall 21N10.

I noticed when I got home and looked at the odometer reading In & Out from the dealership was the same! I was under the impression that they had to do a test drive with a laptop hooked up to verify that the problem had been solved.

Any experts in here

Also, now I have a new recall 21N03‍♂️

Had my 2018 Platinum in for an oil change and air/pollen filter change. They did the Cam Phaser recall, even though I had no symptoms. After the flash, the vehicle failed the State Emission inspection, and now have outside mirrors that have a mind of their own, along with drive mode errors, and it thinks there's no key present when driving on the highway. Going in this week to have it reflashed. Fingers crossed.

The service writer was just being lazy when closing your paperwork. Enough of these and the service manager will get a call from the local FST.

Did they test drive it? All depends on what the FSA instructions are. Not all FSA’s and warranty work need to be test driven.
