Hey guys I got a dumb question but where is the pcv valve located on the 1997 expeditions with the 5.4 liter? were doing a tune up on my dads truck and we trying to find where its located with no luck lol

if its the same as the 2000 which i think it is. open ur hood look to your passenger side valve cover its in the center and mine has a pretty good size insulated hose going to it. if you pull it out and the valve on the inseide still moves freely when you shake it then no need to replace it. but while ur at it do a gotts mod to his truck to thats probably one of my favorite upgrades on my truck. lol

thanks lol. he already has an airaid intake system in his so no gotts mod lol. his truck is all souped up

i did the airaid tb spacer and it was a minimal improvement little less downshifting when climbing hills and the nifty whistle sound. did he do the tb spacer also or just the CAI

thorttle body spacer and cold air intake.... also has hypertech tuning, shorty headers, true dual flowmaster 40 series, and a shit load of offroad accessories along with a reflexxion cobra cowl hood and manik grille gaurd and 285/70/R17 BFGoodrich mud terrains
